OVERVIEW
The CPA study plan includes 4 parts. Each part is independent of the other, but all four need to be passed to acquire the CPA designation.
AUDITING AND ATTESTATION
This part includes auditing procedures, auditing standards and other principles related to attest engagements.
BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT AND CONCEPTS
This part presents a 360-degree knowledge of the business environment with valuable practical insights.
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING
This part will help you apply accounting principles to private & public sector entities, as well as NGOs. You will also have to demonstrate knowledge in U.S. GAAP and IFRS Accounting Standards.
REGULATION
This part discusses federal taxation, ethics, professional and legal responsibilities, and business law.
